I was so excited to shoot this wedding as it was my “little” brother and my new sister in law! I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was in British Columbia and the weather can be iffy…but it had rained the day before, and it was cloudy but perfect! Besides all the other millions of details that go into planning a wedding, Taryn also designed and sewed (a lot by hand) her wedding dress. It was gorgeous! The whole venue, decor and feel was very “Jane Austen” to me..I LOVED it. The venue was the London Historical House, and a few of the pictures below show the inside of the house, which is decorated as homes would be from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. So cool!! I was also excited because they scheduled more time than I normally get for bride and groom portraits. So here are some of my favorites from an especially wonderful, memorable day. I love my family! 🙂
