Last May I finally talked my kids into getting dressed and ready for photo shoot with me. You’d think that would be easy but for some reason my kids majorly resist the lens. I let them determine the location, which ended up being Sugarloaf State Park in Kenwood, CA. They camp there often with their dad and LOVE it. So finally, last May, I bribed them with slurpees and Little Caesar’s Pizza and off we went. It was a blast!
These kids are my everything. They inspire me to be my best self. They remind me of what’s important. They remind me of my weaknesses and forgive me for them. They probably age me too, but its worth every wrinkle! I love that they love each other. I love that they come with their own distinct personalities, and that they are different from mine. I am looking forward to a lifetime of learning from them. Now, if I can figure out how to overcome my impatience and irritations then I’ll be doing so much better!! Let me know if you have any suggestions! 🙂
