So for a while now, I’ve been feeling in a creative rut. I love what I do! But sometimes I want to do something just a little different…and who better to practice on then my own child. Ha. Lucky for me, she’s a pretty good sport. I found a picture of a skirt I loved..learned how to make it and we just happened to be going on vacation to the perfect cabin in the woods! Here are my favorite pictures from that particular session. It was so fun! Would love to hear what you think!
WOW!!!!! These are ALL amazing! You should definitely get some of these large on canvases!!!
I love them! My favorites are the darker ones by the barn and the aged finish ones. So perfect! I would order a huge print for my house, that’s how much I love them!!
Aw thanks Darci!! I need to pick one to print huge! 🙂
Dawn, these photos are MAGICAL! The forest with it’s textures, colors, and contrasts, along with Hannah’s white tulle dress, with such a gorgeous girl (and I love her natural look) is PERFECTION! These photos give me the feeling that Hannah is the princess in her own fairy tale. LOVE IT! I also love your photo editing. You are very gifted my dear!
Wow! Beautiful girl and amazing photographer – what’s not to like!? I love the way you have such a great balance and depth with lighting and focus.
Dawn these are gorgeous! So beautiful! I love the peek of her shoes. I really want them! I love all the images and I just think they are all so fun and creative. Hopefully your daughter and you had lots of fun!
